How do I get help if I’ve noticed changes in my student and I’m worried about them?

Please fill out a counselor referral form and the student will be seen that day or the next by their guidance counselor. If you have a serious concern, please call or stop by guidance for assistance immediately. 

The counselor referral form is for a short term concerns (< 2 weeks) that may include: 

• Recent mood changes in the student
• Student appears withdrawn, sits alone, easily distracted or frustrated/irritable
• Recent lack of motivation 
• Recent absences
