Renovations

The welding/metal fab shop has received a grant to acquire a state-of-the-art Miller six-axis welding robot. If you haven't seen it yet there's a new window in the hallway so that passersby can see the robot in action. Instructors Mr. Burrows, Mr. Passiglia, and Mr. Stafford are scheduled to undertake a weeklong training this upcoming winter. In addition, the shop has gotten other new machines including a Lincoln Torchmate 4800 CNC plasma cutter, a 4-foot power roll, an 8-foot Piranha CNC press brake, 65-ton Piranha ironworker and a new CNC band saw.
